Hi there!
My name is Meghan Grable. I am a Senior Experience Consultant on IBM’s Transformation & Culture team. Within my role, I practice service design and leverage design thinking methodologies to help solve the world’s toughest technology and business problems for our clients. I find that bringing a holistic mindset to the table helps teams to intermix business, design, and strategy to propel ideas and ventures forward. In the future, I hope to leverage creative problem solving, user research, and systems thinking in spaces that have never seen service design.
